Engineering Project Manager,
On behalf of the Building A residents, I want to commend the selection of AccuTech and their employees to refurbish the two Building A carports.
The workers were polite, considerate and neat. As a resident approached the work area, the men stopped and waited for the resident to pass. If someone asked (for what seemed like the hundredth time) when the work would be finished, answers were always polite. There was a “watcher” present to direct approaching residents around cables, tools and other items. The workers stayed late and worked on Saturday to hasten the job along. At the end of each business day the work area was left neat and cleaned.
When the repairs were completed and it came time to paint, the vehicles that could not be moved to another area were each wrapped in plastic, protecting the cars from the dreaded overspray. As soon as the painting was complete, our own Dino started striping and painting the curb areas.
The repairs and refurbishment of the carports were a huge job, and residents were naturally a bit anxious about the project and being inconvenienced. During the weeks that work was being done, residents could see that AccuTech employees were courteous, working quickly, and not cutting corners. We were pleasantly surprised that everything went smoothly with no mishaps” and we are back into our routines.
It looks great down here at the end of the lane! It is our hope that the carports will receive preventive maintenance in the future. Building A will continue to look well-kept and welcoming.
