In his fourth decade as a construction industry veteran, Tom has constructed multiple building types including office, retail and warehouse facilities. Tom’s role with Accutech is focused on sustaining the firm’s world-class construction processes while remaining focused on specific project assignments. Tom once held a two year world record for the largest tilt-up distribution center built, 1.76 million square feet (37 acres) facility under one roof. Projects of this magnitude require clear objectives, goals and timelines to keep his extensive team of subcontractors and suppliers on track for delivery.

Tom’s focus is on project quality and the processes required for achieving project success no matter what the delivery method or the technologies incorporated. His broad project experience results in a commitment to excellence that finds root in attention to the smallest of details, which he mentally visualizes coming together as part of the whole project. This was seen in his constructing a 140,000 square foot retail center in 81 days with only two minor punch list items. He prides himself on getting along with owners, sub-contractors and even with the 200 side-walk superintendent/residents that resided on one of his long-term care facility projects. Tom is active in Habitat for Humanity, extra-curricular clubs in his local public school district, and his church.
