Hendricks is a forthright, dependable, reliable, and competent connector that strives to manage expectations and deliver either a fast no, or certainty of execution.
With nearly three decades of experience, he has had the privilege of serving financial institutions, construction companies, and family offices.
His experience includes being the founder and CEO of a consulting firm, Creed Partners LLC that specializes in business development and financing in the construction, real estate, and capital markets industries. Clients have included builders, family offices, real estate investors, land developers and business owners.
Hendricks has served as a Limited Partner/Advisor to a start-up industrial real estate development company and a start-up senior housing development company. He served as a General Partner, Chief Investment Officer for a mini and boat/R.V. storage investment and development company.
Prior to starting his own firm, for twenty-two years, he developed expertise in commercial loan production, problem asset management, credit underwriting, and closed bank receiverships working with small, medium, and large, private, and public banking institutions and the FDIC.
He received a Degree from L.S.U.’s Graduate School of Banking in Baton Rouge, LA, is a Graduate of the Kentucky Banker Association’s Essentials of Banking School in Lexington, KY. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations from Murray State University in Murray, KY.
Mr. Hendricks is an Orlando native and served as a board member of various non-profit organizations such as the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors, the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce, The Christian Sharing Center, Designer Truth Ministry Center, and Westside Community Church. He has also been the guest speaker at various group events in the Central Florida Realty Investor’s trade organization and the Orlando Network Exchange.
