Gregory E. Richardson

Mission Critical Director

Greg Richardson, Director of Mission Critical projects, with over 13 years experience at the Sr. Project Executive, and Vice President level managing data center and other mission critical projects. Greg began his career over 35 years ago in general contracting working mostly on complex government and private projects. These projects ranged from nursing homes, to renovations at ship yards, to GSA office buildings (including the Pentagon and the White House).

For the past 13 years Greg’s focus has been on data centers. Ten years was with one of the countries premier data site design/ build firms. The past three and a half years was as Vice President of Construction for a COLO data center owner/operator. This experience brings to AccuTech the skill sets needed to do any size Mission Critical project. Whatever the size, whatever the complexity, Greg has successfully complete similar projects. Greg’s style of work is relentless, but calm and orderly, attention to managing details needed to provide the owner with on-time, quality projects, within the budget.

Replace legacy one legacy UPS system with Liebert four 750kVA modules and wet cell batteries; add two 2.5MW CAT Generators; add two Trane 300T air cooled chillers; install two new 12.47kV utility feeds; add new load break, new electrical room with paralleling gear, unit-substations, and associated distribution.
