Andy Wilkin
Project Manager
Andy Wilkin focuses his full attention on his client’s complete satisfaction with their project. He has constructed not only multiple building types but has designed their mechanical systems and operated them as the owner. In his role as facility manager for large international organizations, he has repeatedly been the central figure responsible for the construction, maintenance and operation of Class 10 clean rooms, data centers, advanced manufacturing and other highly technical mission critical facilities.
Andy, is driven by the dynamics of how critical environments and their components come together, as evidenced by three recent clean room projects which required an intense end-of-project certification process. With a clear and focused personality, he gets things done ahead of schedule, below budget while exceeding the client’s expectations. He is known for taking personal pride in engaging with owners, design consultants, sub-contractors and craft workers. In his spare time, Andy is a competitive race team owner and driver with the SCCA.
